How long are the delivery times?
Deliveries usually take 2–5 business days within the EU. For the rest of Europe they take approximately 3–6 business days. For the rest of the world they take approximately 4–10 business days. Delivery times are approximate and can take longer for areas that are hard to reach (e.g. islands) or far away (e.g. sparsely populated).
Where are the packages delivered?
Deliveries are always sent to the supplied delivery address.
At what time are the packages delivered?
Deliveries occur on business days between 8 am and 5 pm.
What happens if I'm not at home?
You'll get a notification in your letterbox that our courier has tried to reach you. You should contact the courier immediately to arrange for you to pick up your package. If you want the courier to try to deliver the package again, you can do so for an additional fee. Please note that the package will be sent back to the original or return address if you don't contact the courier within 5 business days. We recommend that you supply a delivery address where you're located during business hours.
Can I track my package?
You can't track your package yourself. The reason is that we work with several companies, and the optimal delivery time and price is chosen individually for each delivery. You can always contact us at email@example.com for inquiries regarding your delivery.
Can I order deliveries directly through this website?
No, you can only order deliveries through our partners. We have very high demands on the web shops and companies, and the packing materials they use. That's why we can't make pickups from shops that haven't been approved by us.
Can I see a list of shops that you've approved?
You can only see them directly in the shop. The reason for that is that we're 100% independent and unbiased, and don't advertise which shops offer our services.
Do you deliver all types of packages and items?
No, we don't deliver full pallets, large furniture etc. It's better to contact a shipping agent for these deliveries. We deliver all items that fit in manageable packages and weigh up to approximately 25 kg. For example clothes, technical equipment, groceries, kitchen goods etc.
Must items sent through you be processed by customs?
As a customer it's your responsibility to find out which rules apply for the country in which your items are delivered. We are not responsible for any customs fees or similar. We can't keep up to date with global customs and tax rules.
How do I pay for shipping?
